Exchanges and Returns:
Exchanges: While we strive to provide you with a quality product, should you receive our goods and they have been damaged in transit or we have made an error with your order, contact us immediately (on day of delivery) to arrange for replacements, either by phone at 250-832-7216 or by e-mail at admin@outwestswitchplates.com. After contacting us, return your switchplates to us in the original packaging via UPS. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will forward your replacements.
Returns: In the event that you choose to return the switchplates for any other reason, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
